Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure support services are delivered under the support contract and manage customer expectations for 100% retention.
  • •Establish MOS for key accounts and create/track SIOP for Digital Sustenance, BGP+ and Connected Services.
  • •Own revenue, billing, collection & CSI as per forecast; maintain and improve NPS for AMS and deploy actions.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., GTAC, Engineering, Product Managers, LSS, GES) to drive actions to closure, including RAIL ownership and aging SR reduction plans.
  • •Drive project planning and controls, resource management, risk identification/mitigation, weekly project review reporting, and pre-sales proposal/estimate reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E / B.Tech. (Chemical/Petrochemical/Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electronics/IT/CS) with 12-15 years of overall professional experience.
  • •8+ years of project management experience covering the Refinery & Petrochemical sector.
  • •Experience delivering industrial digital transformation project management.
  • •PMP®, Prince®, CSM®& Azure certification (added plus).
  • •Familiarity with Planning & Scheduling tools (MS Projects/Primavera) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
