Lead the global HP Solutions Communications team by owning strategy and storytelling that translate business priorities into compelling, differentiated narratives. Drive product and services launch communications, earned media, and thought leadership, while partnering across Corporate Affairs, HP Solutions, markets, and corporate marketing. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on positioning, messaging, and reputation. Manage team operations and agency partners, leveraging emerging channels and AI-driven communications to scale impact and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and evolve HP Solutions communications strategy and narratives aligned to business priorities.
•Lead communications for product and services launches, campaigns, and strategic announcements in coordination with marketing and other teams.
•Drive earned media programs and thought leadership, including presence at key industry events, and oversee product reviews strategy and content development.
•Provide executive-level counsel on positioning, messaging, and reputation, and orchestrate integrated communications programs across Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and Business Units.
•Lead a global communications team, improve processes and measurement frameworks, manage agency partners and budgets, and explore emerging and AI-driven communications channels.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,050 - 265,700 annually

Key Requirements

•BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
•10+ years of work experience in communications, journalism, or marketing.
•Ability to lead through influence across a matrixed organization.
•Superior storytelling, writing/editing, and strong oral communication skills to convey complex ideas.
•Superior organization and program management skills in fast-paced, demanding environments.
