Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure proper supplies and PPE are ready before visiting patients and accessing daily schedules via mobile technology.
  • •Commute to patients’ homes and build warm, welcoming connections while collecting relevant information.
  • •Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, including labeling samples and coordinating drop-off to the appropriate lab or facility.
  • •Deliver additional preventative/diagnostic services such as diabetic retina images, ECGs, and retina/foot screenings as required.
  • •Maintain high-quality, patient-comfort-first care while coordinating through HIPAA-secure messaging.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and the ability to provide diagnostic, low-acuity care in patients’ homes.
  • •Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and solve problems quickly when needed.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, a valid Driver’s License, and completion of required certifications/courses (including Basic Life Support).
