Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the ancillary portfolio of Wizz Air and partner products and services.
  • •Analyze product complexity and touchpoint performance to define actions for continuous improvement.
  • •Prioritize and manage the digital development backlog in cooperation with the Digital Revenue Product Manager, including impact measurement.
  • •Monitor daily performance vs. budget expectations and conduct monthly benchmarking of competitor ancillary offers.
  • •Take responsibility for partner accounts, including tenders, contracting, relationship management, financial performance monitoring, invoicing/payables/receivables oversight, and identifying improvement opportunities.

  • •3-5+ years of overall working experience, including 2+ years in a multinational environment.
  • •Experience in a creative business development role or aviation (preferred).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand product performance and profitability.

  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to present recommendations to senior management.
