Workplace Coordinator

Maintain a polished, welcoming workplace environment for the local studio. Serve as the primary contact for facility upkeep and service requests, run floor walks, and support onboarding and workplace tours. Coordinate vendors and contractors, manage helpdesk tickets, and assist with office moves, space planning, and small renovations. Partner with Culinary, AV, and IT to support events, while handling administration, compliance logs, budgets, and off-hours emergency coverage as needed.
