Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for the core application, creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product strategy and prioritize features using design thinking and user research.
  • •Align cross-functional stakeholders (product managers and engineers) by communicating design vision and rationale.
  • •Prepare and run workshops to translate user needs and project requirements into actionable design solutions.
  • •Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and work with front-end developers to implement designs with high fidelity.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of product design (UX/UI) experience, with a portfolio showing prior work on software applications.
  • •Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding and ability to articulate user-centered design principles and how design solves user problems and drives business impact.
  • •Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • •Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies, translating insights into product improvements.
