Hands-on engineer on LightSpray production sites bridging engineering and live operations. You will manage a growing production system, ensuring the disruptive technology is robust, repeatable, and scalable. Expect substantial factory-floor time to ensure performance, consistency, and global deployment readiness, leading commercialization, machine deployment, system evolution, process industrialization, lifecycle maintenance, and partner enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead commercialization and product launch support on the factory floor, defining SOPs and standards for high-volume manufacturing and coordinating with stakeholders to hit target performance.
•Oversee machine deployment and site integration, directing FAT/SAT activities and ensuring supplier and site conformity at Tier 1 production sites.
•Manage the technical lifecycle of the LightSpray fleet, coordinating updates/retrofits and feeding back improvements to engineering for hardware and software enhancements.
•Own process industrialization and quality control on the floor, monitoring process parameters, deviations, and establishing standardized work and PFMEA/SPC to ensure stable, repeatable output.
•Own lifecycle maintenance and spare parts strategy, ensuring parts availability and maintenance SOPs to safeguard machine longevity and readiness.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Material or Mechatronics Engineering, or a completed technical apprenticeship with significant related experience
