Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; and diagnose root causes using available data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation (work orders) of daily work performed.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and maintain a clean, professional service vehicle.
  • •Practice safe job practices and assist with training of lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair (preferred).
  • •Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like standing, stooping, and bending.
