Key Responsibilities

•Retain and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring service meets client needs and renewing accounts.
•Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering expert consultancy and identifying new business opportunities.
•Promote Aon products and services through events, conferences and client seminars.
•Review client employee benefits needs and recommend enhancements, coordinating with the broking team on renewal cycles.
•Maintain deep knowledge of health and risk markets and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Experience within the Health & Benefits sector is essential.
•Solid ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
•Commercial mindset with experience in pipeline planning and identifying opportunities.
•Good interpersonal skills and ability to operate across internal and external stakeholders.
•Knowledge of Aon’s propositions and market trends to drive revenue.
