Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring service meets client needs and renewing accounts.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering expert consultancy and identifying new business opportunities.
  • •Promote Aon products and services through events, conferences and client seminars.
  • •Review client employee benefits needs and recommend enhancements, coordinating with the broking team on renewal cycles.
  • •Maintain deep knowledge of health and risk markets and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience within the Health & Benefits sector is essential.
  • •Solid ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • •Commercial mindset with experience in pipeline planning and identifying opportunities.
  • •Good interpersonal skills and ability to operate across internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Knowledge of Aon’s propositions and market trends to drive revenue.
