Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the ISG GRC strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap aligned to enterprise risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
  • •Provide executive oversight of information security regulatory compliance globally, including regulatory engagement, inspections, submissions, responses, and attestations.
  • •Govern cyber risk identification, documentation, reporting, and regulatory incident notifications; ensure post-incident remediation commitments and regulator follow-ups are tracked to closure.
  • •Oversee technology risk remediation and audit/regulatory issue closure using the ISGRC & Tech GRC Connect model; ensure evidence-driven, time-bound, risk-prioritized actions.
  • •Drive GRC process automation (including AI-assisted/workflow-driven solutions), design and govern a Common Control Framework with traceability, and manage supplier/third-party security risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Overall 14+ years of experience, including 4–5 years in InfoSec GRC, with proven ability to lead enterprise-level projects and influence senior/executive stakeholders.
  • •Deep knowledge of information security/cybersecurity governance, policy development, compliance, risk management, and incident response.
  • •Strong experience in banking/financial services with understanding of ISO 27001, NIST 800 series, PCI-DSS, SWIFT CSP, and COBIT.
  • •Expertise in complex risk assessments and translating findings into actionable strategies aligned to enterprise risk appetite.
  • •Master’s degree in information technology, Information Security, or related discipline; CISA/CISM/CRISC or CISSP equivalent highly desirable.
