Senior Manager - Talent Management

Lead and embed talent management practices across Dubai Holding Entertainment, partnering with the Vice President – Human Capital, HR Business Partners, managers, and employees. Drive the annual talent management cycle, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and individual development plans. Act as a subject matter expert for talent management systems, create training and communications, manage underperformance processes, and deliver metrics and dashboards for senior stakeholders—while ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and company standards.
