Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution of the annual talent management cycle, including probation, goal setting, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and individual development plans.
  • •Partner with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees to ensure talent processes are understood, implemented, and completed on time.
  • •Develop training materials, toolkits, and internal communications to educate and upskill stakeholders on talent management processes and systems.
  • •Coordinate performance calibration sessions and talent reviews, ensuring accurate documentation and robust outcomes.
  • •Act as subject matter expert for talent management systems, driving adoption, continuous improvement, and producing talent management metrics and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or related); CIPD or SHRM qualifications are an advantage.
  • •3–6 years of relevant experience in talent management, performance management, learning & development, or related Human Capital functions.
  • •Proven experience managing talent management cycles: performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
  • •Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and its application to talent and performance management processes.
  • •Experience using HR systems and ERP platforms (Oracle and talent management systems advantageous).
