Job Summary

Lead a team of 10+ Consultants and Project Managers to drive successful Celonis deployments across North America customer segments. Own end-to-end services outcomes including scoping and service proposal creation, project portfolio delivery, stakeholder engagement, and escalation handling. Drive measurable business impact and ROI through strong governance, adoption planning, and value-focused delivery. Partner closely with Sales and Value Engineering while also building and developing the consulting practice and its people.

•Lead and develop a team of 10+ consultants and project managers to deliver Celonis deployments.
•Drive services sales motions including project scoping, service proposal creation, services revenue, and utilization targets.
•Manage a portfolio of projects to ensure timely, high-quality deployments and measurable business impact.
•Establish value and adoption governance, including onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer in collaboration with the Academy.
•Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Value Engineering, manage escalations, and ensure effective resource capacity and staffing.

•Experience managing professional services teams in enterprise SaaS and recruiting/motivating talent.
