Job Summary

Design, develop, and automate identity and access management solutions to align with organizational security requirements. Own SailPoint IdentityNow workflow development and integrations using SCIM API, REST APIs, and custom scripts, and implement access governance across the access lifecycle. Maintain privileged access management (PAM) systems, troubleshoot identity and permission issues, partner with project teams to onboard applications, and produce technical documentation for integrations and automation.

•Automate IAM processes and application integrations using SailPoint IdentityNow workflows, SCIM API, and custom scripts to reduce manual provisioning.
•Develop and deploy IAM solutions aligned with security requirements and guidelines.
•Apply access governance concepts across access provisioning and the access lifecycle.
•Implement and maintain PAM systems to control and monitor privileged access accounts.
•Troubleshoot identity, access, authentication/authorization, entitlements, and permissions, and maintain technical documentation for integrations and workflows.

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience with identity and access management best practices and platforms such as SailPoint, Secret Server, Okta, or Auth0.
•Hands-on experience with IAM protocols (SSO/SAML, OAuth/OIDC), SCIM, and REST API integration for user provisioning automation.
•Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow workflow development, connector customization, and automated provisioning logic.
•Proficiency with scripting/coding in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript (2–4 years preferred) to automate processes and validations.
•Experience with IAM in cloud environments, including Azure or AWS, and strong problem-solving/critical thinking skills.
