Job Summary

Lead store performance for YETI’s Santana Row location by supporting sales goals, daily operations, and team communication. Drive inventory receiving, replenishment, new product launch floor sets, and merchandising aligned with brand strategy. Coach and develop team members to accelerate sales performance, assess guide performance, and share observations with Store leadership.

•Execute new product launch floor sets and merchandising direction aligned with brand strategy.
•Support team coaching and development, assess guide performance, and share observations with Store leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 25.88 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma and/or equivalent.
•At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.
•Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.
•Passion for outdoor pursuits.
•Available for a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
