Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate client onboarding, including managing the Financial Advisor prospect pipeline, proposal support, paperwork for new accounts, and transitioning assets to Baird with an ongoing service plan.
  • •Answer incoming phone calls and manage client needs where possible, keeping the Financial Advisor informed of actions taken.
  • •Assemble/generate client meeting materials, paperwork, and reports, and may schedule appointments and conference rooms.
  • •Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) for Financial Advisor(s), including mailings, reporting, and e-mail tracking to implement client service models.
  • •Proactively review investment opportunities daily and notify Financial Advisor(s) to take action, including items such as maturing securities and available funds; may also complete required transactions and support seminars/events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28.31 - 38 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of prior industry work experience.
  • •Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and Series 7 plus Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn Baird’s private wealth management technology platforms.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to accuracy.
  • •Understanding of compliance regulations, including the client complaint process and correspondence policies.
