Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the MSOC day-to-day operations, including staffing coverage, process improvements, and service level alignment.
  • •Serve as administrative point-of-contact during major incidents, participating in incident management calls and supporting after-action reviews.
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with local PSAPs for coordinated incident reporting and emergency response logistics.
  • •Plan, develop, and implement documentation (procedures, standards, job aids, and reference material) to support consistent and scalable operations.
  • •Develop and oversee quality assurance and training programs, including review of incident intake and response data to ensure execution aligns with guidance and best practices.

Salary: USD 126,000 - 167,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of cumulative experience in physical security operations or public safety, as a people leader with direct reports.
  • •Proven experience leading teams, including direct supervision of direct reports and oversight of contracted staff.
  • •Hands-on experience operating CCTV, access control, intrusion detection systems, and dispatch communication technologies (e.g., Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), radio consoles, mass notification systems).
  • •Demonstrated experience in incident response, investigation, and reporting within an operational context.
