Key Responsibilities

  • •Support preparation of budgets including detailed cost modeling, benchmarking analysis, and presentation to senior management.
  • •Monitor adherence against budget throughout the project lifespan using cost checks and reviews, value engineering, cost saving initiatives, and alternate evaluation.
  • •Support and guide the orderly development of requests for proposal leading into procurement for design services, owner furnished equipment, and general contractor services agreements.
  • •Provide guidance on commercial change management and change evaluation efforts across projects, and advise to resolve major contractual claims and disputes.
  • •Review analytics for project portfolio cash flow and earned value analysis, monitor financial close-out, and lead commercial risk management efforts including audits and contingency analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualifications in quantity surveying, cost management, project management, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in a relevant field, preferably with data center or high-tech project experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • •Work proactively as part of a committed team.
  • •Fluent in spoken and written English.
