Support warehouse performance and resilience across Australia by driving structured process improvements, KPI-based performance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and embedding of a performance management framework for the downstream supply chain, translating strategic objectives into measurable operational KPIs.
•Partner with internal teams to develop, optimize, and integrate tools, systems, and performance dashboards into daily operations.
•Ensure operational teams understand and adhere to the Target Operating Model (TOM) and embed the escalation framework across sites.
•Collaborate with supply chain, SCM Tech, and other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and support change management.
•Develop SOPs, onboarding materials, and deliver training to promote framework adoption.
