Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical oversight of design staff and team members for water and wastewater infrastructure projects including pipelines, collection systems, pump stations, storage tanks, and treatment facilities.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities, coordinate project presentations to clients, and market AECOM’s capabilities to existing and prospective clients.
•Participate in project opportunity evaluation, consultant selection, and preparation of qualification/experience statements.
•Coordinate and participate in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors; draft complex professional service agreements and addenda for senior management review.
•Direct project team and ensure client compliance with contract terms; monitor subcontractors’ compliance with contractual commitments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline with eight (8) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Professional Engineering (PE) license in Colorado, the ability to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment
•Experience working on municipal projects
•Experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, REVIT, MicroStation, SWMM, and/or Storm/Sewer/WaterCAD
•Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and manage project finances
