Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and implement the school’s vision, ethos, and strategic priorities; deputise for the Head of Primary when required.
  • •Line manage Assistant Heads and MLT to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery, teaching quality, and use of data.
  • •Lead and evaluate the School Development Plan, including self-evaluation processes and inspection preparation.
  • •Ensure high-quality teaching via the school’s Teaching & Learning framework, quality assurance activities, and improvement initiatives.
