Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive personal sales performance while leading the team to achieve sales and KPI targets using metric analysis and best practices.
  • •Build client relationships through proactive outreach and ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences, including repeat business and VIP retention.
  • •Coach the team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, role modeling, and ongoing development and training.
  • •Supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities.
  • •Maintain inventory integrity by processing POS transactions and inventory functions and support omni-channel initiatives, including live-stream shopping and customer data capture.

Key Requirements
