Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate account administration for fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts for complex client relationships.
  • •Resolve client issues, communicate steps to address requests/problems, and develop action plans for client servicing events with ongoing follow-up.
  • •Oversee service processes for client servicing events including account opening/closing, cash movement, and fee setups, while engaging relevant Client Support Services teams.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of governing documents and account agreements; ensure documentation, imaging, and systems information are accurate and up to date.
  • •Mentor more junior employees, facilitate discussions to reach decisions, and identify process improvements and service efficiency enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years’ experience in financial servicing or related experience/credentials.
  • •In-depth functional/industry knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardianship, and advisory services/products.
  • •Knowledge of internal bank trust functions.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • •Technical skills/systems knowledge (e.g. Peoplesoft).
