Job Summary

As a Solutions Architect at Rogo, you will tailor the company’s AI platform for elite financial institutions by designing scalable, secure cloud solutions and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. You’ll lead architecture discussions, collaborate with security and engineering teams, and guide pre- and post-sales engagements. You’ll leverage cloud systems, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code to deliver transformative value to enterprise finance clients.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Customer Architecture and Security Leadership: serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sales engagements, lead architecture reviews, and ensure security/compliance alignment
•Pre-Sales Technical Partnership: collaborate with Sales to support complex enterprise deals, evaluate deployment models, and address technical objections
•Post-Sales Technical Ownership: guide onboarding/deployment, manage ongoing product communications, diagnose issues with engineering, and drive long-term adoption
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to translate requirements into technical insights and best practices
•Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Key Requirements

•4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Infrastructure Architect, or similar
•Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts
•Ability to confidently lead architecture and security discussions with enterprise technical stakeholders
•Experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
•Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, identity and access management, networking, and security best practices
