Key Responsibilities

  • •Support identification, assessment, and prioritization of AI and automation opportunities across IF&IS processes aligned to the transformation roadmap.
  • •Interview process owners across network, workplace, data center, and security pillars to map as-is processes and define AI-enabled redesign opportunities.
  • •Translate business needs into functional requirements, use cases, epics, and user stories for engineering implementation.
  • •Build and maintain business cases for prioritized initiatives, including expected value, effort, and adoption considerations with process owners and technical teams.
  • •Maintain visibility and consistency across the AI use-case portfolio, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and support change management for adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Up to 5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, business analysis, or consulting roles, ideally in complex or regulated organizations.
  • •Strong business analysis, process design, and functional requirements definition skills, with exposure to process transformation or redesign preferred.
  • •Applied understanding of AI solutions including Generative AI, LLMs, predictive models, and automation.
  • •Strong analytical mindset and communication skills to bridge business stakeholders with IT and AI technical teams.
