Key Responsibilities

  • •Technical & Administrative Management: Manage technical and administrative processes including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up.
  • •Budgeting: Build and maintain production budgets and monitor local spends, identifying optimization opportunities.
  • •Partner Management: Lead due diligence on key partners and suppliers and develop long-term deals to enable expansion.
  • •Budget and P&L Oversight: Monitor production budgets from feasibility to sign-off and operation, and close event P&Ls.
  • •Cross-functional Coordination: Communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent to ensure alignment with strategic partnership briefs and Fever’s data-driven insights.
