Job Summary

Experienced event producer responsible for leading production across Strategic Scalables Initiatives (SSI) for Fever Originals in LATAM. You’ll manage technical and administrative tasks, budgeting, partner/vendor coordination, and ensure high-quality live experiences within budget and deadlines, while exploring new formats and technologies to enhance Fever’s events.

Key Responsibilities

•Technical & Administrative Management: Manage technical and administrative processes including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up.
•Budgeting: Build and maintain production budgets and monitor local spends, identifying optimization opportunities.
•Partner Management: Lead due diligence on key partners and suppliers and develop long-term deals to enable expansion.
•Budget and P&L Oversight: Monitor production budgets from feasibility to sign-off and operation, and close event P&Ls.
•Cross-functional Coordination: Communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent to ensure alignment with strategic partnership briefs and Fever’s data-driven insights.
