Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, analyze, and optimize thermal management systems from system to component level.
  • •Perform analyses to assess how heat transfer, thermal loads, and environmental changes affect performance and structural integrity.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate thermal solutions into vehicle designs while balancing performance and manufacturability.
  • •Develop thermal testing procedures, including thermal cycling, environmental testing, and failure mode analysis for reliability.
  • •Create technical documentation such as thermal analysis reports, design guidelines, and test reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in thermal analysis for aerospace applications such as engines, avionics, and aircraft structures.
