Ensure accurate, timely takeoff deliverables by translating customer requirements into clear pre-construction notes and takeoff-ready outputs. You’ll triage requests, manage job status and revision change control, and coordinate updates with all stakeholders. The role also supports customer setup by collecting required information, maintaining system/profile configuration, and documenting customer-specific preferences using common business tools like CRM, ticketing, and spreadsheets.
