Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate daily information flow between customers and service providers by triaging requests and clarifying scope for complete takeoff inputs.
  • •Manage customer requirements and expectations across pre-construction notes, takeoff outputs, job status updates, and revision requests.
  • •Coordinate change management for active jobs by tracking revisions, confirming impacts to scope and schedule, and communicating updates.
  • •Lead customer setup and ongoing account maintenance, including intake of required information and system/profile configuration.
  • •Maintain customer-specific preferences and standards through documentation and consistent configuration across jobs.
