Key Responsibilities

•Design, specification, and services relating to mechanical equipment such as rotating machinery, pressure vessels, atmospheric storage tanks, fired and unfired heat transfer equipment, utility equipment, packaged units, material handling and solids processing systems
•May also include design, specification, selection and services of mechanical systems for buildings such as gases, fluids, and heating, ventilating, air conditioning and vertical transportation
•Under direct supervision, independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications
•Devises new approaches to problems encountered
•Plans, schedules, and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria

Key Requirements

•Higher technical education with work experience in the respective position no less than 5 years
•Ability to provide guidance and direction to project team, managing, motivating and mentoring professional engineering specialists
•Proficient user of relevant software and calculation templates
•Professional level of knowledge of applicable codes and standards
•Professional level of ability in the application of standards, processes and procedures and how they are used in work execution
