People Generalist HQ

Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on People policies and processes, and support Operations with HR for a rider population across Spain. Handle onboarding and documentation (contracts and legal/admin data), maintain People-system records, track absenteeism KPIs and sick leaves, and support the labor team in performance processes. Drive continuous improvement by owning a new HR project and enhancing day-to-day HR operations.
