Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily prior to the end of the program
  • •Complete additional manager-recommended training during or after the program
  • •Participate in business rotations by working on projects and business-as-usual activities
  • •Perform special projects or assignments outside the formal training program as assigned
  • •Be based in Charlotte, NC for the duration of the program and secure placement in one of Truist’s Finance Hub locations upon graduation
