Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze manufacturing, process, equipment, metrology, and yield data to identify trends, correlations, anomalies, and root causes of variation.
  • •Develop and validate analytics and machine learning models for process monitoring, excursion detection, yield prediction, defect pattern analysis, and tool health monitoring.
  • •Build proof-of-concepts to demonstrate feasibility of predictive analytics and ML methods for thermal compression bonding and related applications.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree with 6+ years (or MS 4+ or PhD 2+) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Operations Research, or related technical discipline.
  • •2+ years of manufacturing data analysis, statistical analysis, and applying data-driven methods to solve process or yield problems.
  • •Proficiency in Python programming and JMP for data analysis, automation, and model development.
