Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and support multiple automated liquid handler platforms (Hamilton STAR, Vantage, Beckman Biomek I7).
  • •Coordinate with end-users and cross-functional teams to prioritize support needs.
  • •Prepare documentation for equipment qualification, operation, and maintenance, including URS and testing procedures and SOPs.
