Job Summary

Join our pre-sales team as a Solutions Engineer, bridging sales, product, and engineering to drive revenue by guiding complex technical integrations. You’ll master REST APIs and billing workflows, become the technical expert for prospects, and collaborate with Sales, Activation, and Product/Engineering to support successful implementations and inform roadmap decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical contact from pre-sales through implementation, consulting with customers to design and execute the best solution for their business.
•Explain integration paths with Anrok between pre-built functionality, APIs, and billing workflows, and guide customers through technical decisions.
•Act as a trusted advisor on sales tax compliance and API integration best practices for prospects, customers, and partners.
•Collaborate with Onboarding teams to provide effective technical support during implementation and ensure a smooth handoff.
•Gather customer feedback and requirements to influence product roadmap and drive improvements.

Key Requirements

•You have 3+ years of experience as a Sales or Solutions Engineer and have a track record of guiding customers through technical evaluations and implementations.
•You have extensive experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
•You are comfortable communicating with business executives as well as developers and technical stakeholders.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to stay organized, are essential.
•You enjoy learning quickly and building deep expertise in new industries and products.
