Job Summary

Play a key role in maintaining and improving regulatory compliance and quality standards across Bupa Care Services. Key Responsibilities

•Conduct comprehensive inspections and governance reviews across Bupa care services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
•Provide expert guidance on regulatory frameworks including CQC, CIW, and other regulatory bodies to support services during inspections and compliance challenges.
•Analyze trends, risks, and quality data to produce detailed reports and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
•Support services requiring additional quality and governance intervention to help operational teams manage risk and improve outcomes.
•Contribute to strategic quality improvement initiatives, investigations, and organizational learning across the business.

Key Requirements

•Professional qualification in Health and Social Care, such as a Registered Nurse qualification or NVQ Level 4/5 (or equivalent).

•Experience assessing, auditing, inspecting, or reviewing care services against quality and compliance standards.
•Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge constructively.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
