Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct comprehensive inspections and governance reviews across Bupa care services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • •Provide expert guidance on regulatory frameworks including CQC, CIW, and other regulatory bodies to support services during inspections and compliance challenges.
  • •Analyze trends, risks, and quality data to produce detailed reports and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • •Support services requiring additional quality and governance intervention to help operational teams manage risk and improve outcomes.
  • •Contribute to strategic quality improvement initiatives, investigations, and organizational learning across the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional qualification in Health and Social Care, such as a Registered Nurse qualification or NVQ Level 4/5 (or equivalent).

  • •Experience assessing, auditing, inspecting, or reviewing care services against quality and compliance standards.
  • •Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge constructively.
