  • •Set the team’s vision and own the technical strategy and product vision in close partnership with Product Management and Experience Design.
  • •Lead the engineering team by hiring, coaching, retaining talent, and building a culture of high standards and continuous learning.
  • •Drive engineering excellence by establishing practices for testing, monitoring/alerting, performance, scalable on-call, and technical debt management.
  • •Ensure data quality and effective use of AI within how the team builds and operates its services.
  • •Maintain an innovation mindset by evaluating relevant trends and introducing creative AI/agentic features into the ecosystem.

Key Requirements

  • •Software engineering leadership experience managing a full-stack engineering team and a strong engineering background.
