Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and execute operations-focused directives and projects with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead.
  • •Support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and processes, and move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
