Senior Data Scientist (SI)

Transform customer, operational, and financial data into actionable insights by building and deploying statistical, machine learning, and AI models. Work within the Zurich Customer Active Management (ZCAM) team on forecasting, churn and retention, fraud detection, claims analytics, and recommender systems. Develop time-series forecasting solutions, run experiments like A/B tests, collaborate with business and data engineering teams, and support model deployment, monitoring, and dashboarding for decision-making.
