Lead Damage Control SME

Lead shipboard damage control assessments that strengthen naval survivability for the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Pacific Fleet mission. You’ll manage teams of DC subject matter experts, coordinate with ship divisions, engineering, and training stakeholders, and identify deficiencies to recommend corrective actions. Using advanced Navy damage control and casualty response knowledge, you’ll deliver high-fidelity evaluations, mentor crews on best practices, and drive improvements in readiness for fire, flooding, and casualty situations.
