Licensed Practical Nurse (Part-time)

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be a key member of Galileo’s field-based care team, blending clinical duties with administrative tasks to support patient care across Aroostook County. You’ll perform vital sign collection, venipuncture, specimen handling, immunizations, and patient education, while coordinating with physicians and care teams, engaging with patients in-home and in-office, and ensuring smooth empanelment and care plan execution.
