Job Summary

Provide world-class customer service and help run daily store operations by opening/closing, supporting retail teams, and driving daily sales targets. •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
•Establish and nurture relationships with consumers, team members, and the community through engaging selling.
•Lead the store team in meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including sales and consumer service.
•Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and ensure store deadlines are met while following up on daily activities.
•Support retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty promotion, and cleanliness standards.

•2–3 years of total retail experience, preferably with previous store leadership roles.
•Proven leadership skills to challenge, empower, and drive team results.
