Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, implement, and maintain the organization’s standardized Project Delivery Methodology (PDM), including phases, gates, deliverables, templates, and reporting.
  • •Oversee project governance and facilitate formal stage-gate reviews to ensure projects meet critical criteria.
  • •Run periodic health checks and audits to ensure adherence to PDM documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • •Develop and manage a standardized project risk management framework, including identification, assessment matrices, and mitigation planning.
  • •Administer the organization’s PMIS/EPPM tooling, manage project documentation repositories, and drive change management and training for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Mandatory PMP certification or equivalent (PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
  • •6-8 years of experience in project and program management.
  • •At least 3 years in or leading a PMO/CoE function driving organizational process change.
