Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and operationalize compliance policies and procedures across ethics, export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, and conflicts of interest.
  • •Conduct internal investigations, oversee compliance hotline monitoring and related reporting, and manage compliance training programs.
  • •Provide day-to-day employment counseling across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance management, accommodations, leaves, investigations, discipline, and terminations.
  • •Manage employment-related claims and litigation matters, including dispute resolution strategies and risk assessment.
  • •Support dispute management by drafting/updating employment agreements and policies, managing outside counsel and legal budgets, and developing discovery/e-discovery processes.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law.
  • •4-7 years of experience with significant compliance, employment and/or litigation experience.
  • •Strong judgment and ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
  • •Problem-solving mindset and willingness to make decisions as an active decision maker.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
