Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure and evolve the resilience offering by analyzing market trends and client needs and defining the roadmap and success indicators.
  • •Act as the reference expert for clients, supervising project teams and ensuring quality, deadlines and budgets.
  • •Support pre-sales by presenting resilience offerings to prospects and clients and contributing to technical/commercial proposals.
  • •Monitor technological and regulatory developments in resilience (ISO 22301, NIS2, DORA) and share knowledge across projects.
  • •Lead and upskill the consulting team in resilience methodologies and tools, promoting best practices and delivering high-quality results.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, and/or crisis management (ideally in a consulting firm or systems integrator)
  • •Strong expertise in resilience concepts, methodologies and standards (PCA, PRA, BIA, crisis management; ISO 22301); knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 2700X) is a plus
  • •Proven ability to design, formalize and evolve complex service offerings
  • •Strong commercial skills: ability to present complex solutions and support sales cycles
  • •Leadership capabilities to federate, influence and upskill a team of resilience consultants
