Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning solutions for NLP and RAG architectures.
  • •Architect and implement RAG systems combining LLMs with retrieval mechanisms to improve accuracy, factual grounding, and interpretability.
  • •Apply advanced NLP techniques (classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, summarization, QA, and information extraction) and evaluate state-of-the-art models.
  • •Develop ML services and APIs using frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI, including performance/load testing to meet SLA.
  • •Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into other products.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG systems with retrieval strategies (e.g., BM25, dense retrieval, hybrid) and knowledge graph integration.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI (or similar) for building autonomous agents.
  • •Deep expertise in NLP techniques/models including Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT variants, T5, LLaMA, Mistral), fine-tuning/adaptation, embeddings, similarity search, and core NLP tasks (NER, classification, sentiment, summarization, QA).
  • •3+ years hands-on experience with Python, writing production-grade code using solid software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, data modeling).
  • •Experience with ML frameworks and deployment practices, including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, and MLOps for training, evaluating, testing, and deploying ML products in production.
