Apply methods and industrial engineering principles to support process design, time and motion studies, and facility layout improvements. Participate in IE projects, help implement them using quality tools, and perform cost/ROI analysis for project selection. Conduct ergonomics and human factors evaluations, support new product introductions with PLC/ePLC deliverables, and maintain capacity data for materials processing and production resources. Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform methods engineering analysis including process design and time and motion studies.
•Participate in industrial engineering projects and programs; assist in implementation using quality tools and measures for success.
•Provide cost analysis and return on investment calculations associated with project selection.
•Conduct ergonomics/human factors evaluations and recommend and implement improvements to work area designs.
