Key Responsibilities

•Experience producing content for social media and maintain day-to-day posting across channels.
•Collaborate with the Corporate Advertising Manager to lead strategic development of our social media campaign strategy and ensure brand consistency.
•Monitor and respond to comments, build engagement, and maintain a content calendar and strategy.
•Develop dashboards and communicate key metrics including engagement and activity improvements.
•Stay abreast of emerging social media trends and foster cross-functional collaboration with Mortgage marketing on corporate initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations; minimum 5-7 years of social media experience with proven success on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter; financial services/bank marketing experience is a plus.
