Job Summary

Lead the design, maintenance and deployment of closing packages in SYRUS for local entities, supporting IFRS consolidated reporting for ~50 entities. Collaborate with Global Finance, regional entities and LVMH Holding, and drive data visualization initiatives (Power BI) with Sephora & LVMH Data teams. Provide training and knowledge sharing to the Finance community and continuously improve financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Create documentation and lead training for Finance community users of Syrus and its satellite tools.
•Provide support and expertise to the Finance community in apprehending reporting tools.
•Take ownership of development projects related to the Group’s consolidation tool SAP-BFC.
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, by proposing new ways of working and/or tools.
•Take the lead in implementing Power BI in coordination with Sephora & LVMH Data teams (enrich, deploy, train users).

Key Requirements

•A Master’s degree (Bac +5) in business, finance, or a related field (e.g., business school or university equivalent).
•At least 15 years of experience, ideally gained in an audit firm, auditing consolidated financial statements, and/or in a similar role within the finance department of a large international group.
•Strong accounting and financial knowledge.
•Fluent in English and open to new financial information technologies (data warehouses, data visualization, artificial intelligence).
•Knowledge of SAP BFC (Magnitude) is mandatory.
