Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead store operations, scheduling, and strategies to elevate service standards aligned with brand expectations.
  • •Follow up on service training programs, ensure compliance, and provide direct feedback to staff with the Store Manager.
  • •Analyze daily sales reports and individual/team KPI results; communicate to staff and create action plans to improve performance.
  • •Oversee store asset protection and financial operations, including financial reports, cash deposits, and expense control.
  • •Ensure inventory reliability through inventory cycle and fiscal counts, manage inventory rotation, and execute store policies and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably completed high school and/or a degree in business administration, economics, tourism, or service-related fields.
  • •1.5 years as a Store Sub-Manager and at least 2 years as a stylist/sales advisor in textile and accessory retail.
  • •Intermediate Excel skills (dynamic tables) and ability to analyze information.
  • •Basic knowledge of Windows, Office, Outlook, and Internet.
  • •Ability to manage store operations including commercial indicators, financial instruments (POS/financial controls), and inventory cycle/general controls.
