Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems while acting as the Vivint customer-facing expert. Evaluate customer homes on-site to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements, and educate homeowners on how to use new systems. Follow strong safety practices with a home safety analysis and leverage paid virtual and on-the-job training to grow within the organization.
