Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
  • •12+ years of progressive experience in traffic, ITS, and safety planning, analysis, and design.
  • •Licensed Professional Engineer in New York (or another state with reciprocity obtainable within 6 months).
  • •Proven experience managing complex projects with budgets, schedules, and technical requirements.
  • •Proven experience with NYSDOT, MTA, and other regional agencies, plus leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
